TIPS on How to Prepare for ielts??

  • > Decide between preparing on home or contacting some preparation centre. Keep in mind that those centre    will only provide you tips and tricks with few mock tests on weekends.Rest is all on your owns effort and       practice.
  • > Get ready with lots of practice materials available online on British council site as well as on torrents or           other Facebook groups and resources.
  • >Start with Listening for a week. It is believed that Listening is the score gainer by most students who              appeared on IELTS test. Starting with listening will give you a start on preparation phase.
  • >You can choose next either reading or writing. Continue with the same for a week and change to remaining    in next week.
  • >For speaking , you need a daily practice to gain fluency. Talk in front of mirror or choose a partner to           practice.Choose a topic and talk about it for at least 2 mins. Your vocabulary should be excellent along         with the pace and coziness with using it.
  • >Practice all the materials available online or some resources you have collected with a timer watch.
  • >Watch a Hollywood movie daily .Use English subtitle if you cant grasp every dialogues. Watch it until you        become cozy with different type of accents and speed of the movie.
  • >Furthermore you should listen to some Hollywood songs and try to learn lyrics and practice singing with          music. It helps you a lot in listening as well as speaking. Use dictionary for new words. Its better if you          learn   new words and proverb everyday and use it in day to day life.

      Required documents to appear in IELTS exam
      • Clear photocopy of your valid MRP Passport for speaking test and  the original passport for every test.
